- Google Firebase(Authentication・Cloud Firestore・Cloud Functions):アカウントとデータの保存に使います。

Privacy Policy
How the LogSub app (“the App”) handles your information.
1. Information we collect
- Account: The App starts with an anonymous account. If you sign in with Apple, Google or LINE, we store the user ID from that service and, for Apple and Google, your email address, to keep you signed in.
- Watch log: titles, statuses, dates, episodes, ratings, notes, rewatch rounds and your “hide from friends” setting.
- Subscriptions: service name, plan, price, billing/start/trial/cancel dates, payment method notes, reminder settings and any icon you choose.
- Friends: the name and icon shown to friends, your friend code and your friend connections. If you sign in with LINE or Google, that name and profile picture are used as the default (you can change or remove them anytime).
- Usage: screens you open and features you use, device type, OS, app version, approximate location (country/region) and an app-specific identifier, collected with Google Analytics for Firebase. We do not collect advertising IDs, and we never send the contents of your log, notes or subscriptions.
- Icons made from photos are resized on your device to a small 128×128 image. We never store the original photo or its location data.
If you request a service that isn’t in our subscription list, we receive the service name with your region and language, used only to decide what to add. Messages sent through Feedback are received with your region, language and device type (iOS/Android), read only by us and used only to improve the App.
Language, region, currency and appearance settings stay on your device.
2. How we use it
- To save your data and restore it on a new device
- To show your entries to friends you add
- To answer inquiries and prevent abuse
- To learn which features are used and improve the App (usage analytics)
3. What friends can see
Friends see only your name, icon, and for each title the status, episodes, rating, dates and round. They never see your notes, entries you hide, or any subscription information.
4. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) to store your account and data, encrypted on Google’s servers.
- TMDB for title information, posters and streaming availability (provided by JustWatch). Searches and title IDs are sent through our server without anything that identifies you. Poster images load directly from TMDB’s image servers.
- ExchangeRate-API for currency conversion. No personal data is sent.
- LINE, Apple and Google for sign-in.
- Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analytics, handled under Google’s Privacy Policy. With Google signals, we may see aggregated age ranges and interests for people who allow ad personalization in their Google account (never individuals). You can turn this off in Google’s My Activity or ad settings.
The App shows no ads. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else except where required by law.
5. Notifications
Billing and trial reminders are scheduled on your device; we don’t send them from a server.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete your account. Settings → Account → Delete account removes your log, subscriptions, icons and friend data (you are also removed from your friends’ lists). Backups may keep data for up to 7 days.
If you have already removed the app or can’t delete your account in the app, email support@logsubscription.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. After confirming it is your account (for example, the sign-in service you used or your friend code), we will delete your data within 30 days.
7. Exports
CSV and JSON exports are created on your device and only go where you choose to send them.
8. Changes
Any changes will be posted on this page.
