アプリ「ログスク（LogSub）」（以下「本アプリ」）を使うときの決まりです。本アプリを使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
見た作品の記録、サブスクリプションの管理、フレンドとの記録の共有などができます。料金は無料です。機能は予告なく追加・変更・終了することがあります。
本アプリはログインなしで使えます。Apple・Google・LINE でログインすると、機種変更しても記録を引き継げます。ログインに使うアカウントは、ご自身で管理してください。
次のことをしないでください。
フレンドコードを交換した相手には、ニックネーム・アイコン・視聴状況・評価が見えます（メモは見えません。作品ごとに非公開にもできます）。困ったときは、フレンドの画面のメニューから、フレンドをやめる・ブロック・問題を報告ができます。フレンドコードはいつでも作り直せます。
この規約に反する利用を見つけたときや報告を受けたときは、運営者の判断で、ニックネームやアイコンの削除、フレンド機能の制限、アカウントの停止などを行うことがあります。報告には、できるだけ早く対応します。
作品の情報や画像は TMDB、配信サービスの情報は JustWatch のデータを使っています。内容が正しいこと、最新であることは保証できません。料金や請求日は、利用者が入力したものをもとに表示しています。実際の請求は、各サービスでご確認ください。本アプリは、各配信サービスとは関係ありません。
本アプリは現状のまま提供します。本アプリの利用、または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害について、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。通知が届かない、データが失われるなどの不具合が起きることがあります。大切な記録は、書き出し機能で控えをとっておくことをおすすめします。
利用者の情報の扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めています。
この規約は変更することがあります。変更するときは、このページでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを使った場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとします。
この規約は日本法に従って解釈します。

These terms apply when you use the LogSub app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App lets you log what you watch, manage your subscriptions and share your log with friends. It is free. Features may be added, changed or ended without notice.
You can use the App without signing in. Signing in with Apple, Google or LINE keeps your data when you change phones. You are responsible for the account you sign in with.
People who enter your friend code can see your nickname, icon, watch status and ratings (not your notes; you can also hide any title). From the menu on a friend’s page you can unfriend, block or report a problem. You can make a new friend code at any time.
If we find or are told about use that breaks these terms, we may remove nicknames or icons, limit friend features, or suspend accounts. We respond to reports as quickly as we can.
Title data and images come from TMDB, and streaming availability from JustWatch. We can’t guarantee they are accurate or up to date. Prices and billing dates are based on what you enter; check your actual charges with each service. LogSub is not affiliated with any streaming service.
The App is provided as is. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the App. Notifications may not arrive and data may be lost; we recommend keeping a copy of important logs with the export feature.

We may change these terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Using the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
